HomeMy WebLinkAbout20041559.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, PZ #600, FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONE DISTRICT FOR NINE (9) LOTS WITH E (ESTATE) ZONE USES -JOHN ZADEL WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 2nd day of June, 2004, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of John Zadel,do Intermill Land Surveying, Inc., 1301 North Cleveland Avenue, Loveland, Colorado 80537,for Change of Zone, PZ#600,from the A(Agricultural)Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)Zone District for nine(9)lots with E(Estate)Zone uses on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of the S1/2 of Section 10, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow adequate time for Planning Services staff to meet the 15-day sign posting requirement. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to June 23,2004, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of June, A.D., 2004.
