ORDINANCE NO . 72
IN THE MATTER OF THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN SURPLUS PROPERTY
LOCATED IN NEW RAYMER, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO:

-a WHEREAS, on the 9th day of April, 1980, nunc pro tunc,
March 5, 1980, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado declared the following described property located in
New Raymer, Colorado surplus property:
Lots 2 , 3, 4 , Block 8 , New Raymer, Colorado
WHEREAS, bids were submitted concerning the abovedescribed
property, and
WHEREAS, Prairie School District RE-11J submitted the high
bid of $5, 501. 00, which bid was accepted by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on April 28 , 1980 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable to direct the Weld County Attorney
to prepare the appropriate legal documents conveying said pro-
perty to Prairie School District RE-11J and to authorize the
Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to sign said
documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Weld County Attorney
be, and hereby is, directed to prepare the appropriate legal
documents conveying the hereinabove described property located
in New Raymer, Colorado to Prairie School District RE-11J, and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board is hereby
authorized to sign said legal documents.

made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day
