MOODY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,by Resolution dated June 6, 1973,the Board did approve Special Review Permit #204 for a cattle feedlot operation for J. Moody on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of East 1/2 of Section 29, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the property owner, J. Moody, P.O. Box 210, Eaton, CO 80615, to vacate said Special Review Permit#204, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present,studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
