MOODY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,by Resolution dated June 6, 1973,the Board did approve Special Review Permit #204 for a cattle feedlot operation for J. Moody on the following described real estate, to-wit: Part of East 1/2 of Section 29, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the property owner, J. Moody, P.O. Box 210, Eaton, CO 80615, to vacate said Special Review Permit#204, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present,studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#204 be, and hereby is, vacated. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of June, A.D., 2004. Moody. Mr. Moody is requesting that SUP-204 for a feedlot be vacated as a requirement of Recorded Exemptions RE-3775. The feedlot is currently not in operation. Background information: Legal Description: Part of E2 of Section 29, T7N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, CO. Location: North of and adjacent to County Road 76 and approximately '% mile west of County Road 29. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved by the State Health Department. 2. That petitioner shall proceed with due diligence to expand said cattle feedlot operation and shall have up to one year from date hereof to begin construction for the expansion thereof. 3. That when expansion and relocation of said cattle feedlot operation is completed, same shall contain, in addition to the facilities present at the time of hearing, those additional cattle pens, all as shown on plat as submitted and made a part hereof by reference. 4.
