Dear Kim;
This letter is to inform you there has not been any change in the Mineral Right ownership
or leasing of said minerals since the original submittal of zone change request of
November 25, 2003. 100% of minerals are still owned by A. Bruce Johnson and have not
been leased(Severed).
I understand this letter will meet the Weld County requirements of 30 days notice of any
change in Mineral Right status,prior to Zone Change hearing on February 3, 2004.
