RE: GRANT COUNTY DANCE HALL LICENSE NUMBER 311 TO RJML, LLC, DBA LA
MARAVILLA - EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 2004, AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla, presented the Board of County Commissioners
with an application for a County Dance License to hold public dances at the location described as
follows:
13015 Weld County Road 16
Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2004-0518, the Board of County Commissioners approved
Dance Hall License #310, expiring at midnight on April 12, 2004, issued to RJML, LLC, dba La
Maravilla, and
WHEREAS,at a hearing before the Board on April 12,2004,the Board deemed it advisable
to continue this matter to July19, 2004, at9:00 a.m.,to coincide with the hearing regarding renewal
of the Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License held by this facility, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on July 19, 2004, the Board deemed it advisable to again
continue this matter to August 2, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., and
WHEREAS,after considering the testimony and evidence presented at hearing on August 2,
2004, regarding the Stipulated Conditions for Renewal of License, which were accepted by the
Board of County Commissioners, the Board deems it advisable to grant Weld County Dance Hall
License #311, for the purpose of conducting dances at said facility, subject to the following
condition:
1. The occupancy for the Dance Hall must be held at or below the number set forth by
the Board of County Commissioners in accordance with the procedure set forth in
Paragraph(C)of the Stipulated Conditions for Renewal of License,which has been
incorporated into Resolution #2004-2247 of even date herewith.
WHEREAS,said license is issued upon the express condition and agreement that the public
dances will be conducted in strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado, and any violation
thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Dance Hall License#311 be,and hereby is,granted,expiring December31,
2004, subject to the condition set forth above.

The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
does hereby grant unto RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla the right to conduct a
PUBLIC DANCE HALL, Booth or Pavilion on the premises described as follows:
13015 Weld County Road 16, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621
conditioned upon the following, as specified in the Weld County Board of County Commissioners Resolution
#2004-2246: "The occupancy for the Dance Hall must be held at or below the number set forth by the Board
of County Commissioners in accordance with the procedure set forth in Paragraph (C) of the Stipulated
Conditions for Renewal of License, which has been incorporated into Resolution #2004-2247, dated August 2,
2004."
This license is issued only for the calender year 20 94____, and is not transferable.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right at its discretion to revoke and cancel this
license in the event said Board shall determine that the public morals, or public safety, or public health of
the Community require such revocation or cancellation.
