Dear Mr. Gathman; I am writing this letter in response to your question of a viable mineral resource on the Greeley RV Park expansion property east of Greeley, south of State Highway 34, along the South Platte River. I do not believe that the gravel at this location is a viable source at this time. The poor resource of gravel combined with the cost of mining and exporting the material makes this property very difficult for a mining operation. Thus making the gravel a non-viable resource. Thank you for your help and cooperation with this USR application.
