RE: APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND HAROLD
AND ELAIN WEISBROOK FOR GRADER SHED RENTAL IN VIM AREA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Harold and Elain Weisbrook are the owners of a
building in the Vim area, and
WHEREAS, Weld County desires to lease a certain portion of
said building for use as a grader shed, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement for the grader shed rental has
been presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval,
and
WHEREAS, after studying the lease agreement, the Board deems
it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County to approve
said agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorpor-
ated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the lease agreement
between Weld County and Harold and Elain Weisbrook for the grader
shed rental in the Vim area be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be,
and hereby is, authorized to sign said lease agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
December, A.D. , 1982.

LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS LEASE AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 15th day of
f cis , 1982, by and between Harold and Elain Weisbrook, hereinafter
referred to as the "Lessor" , and Weld County, hereinafter referred to as
'County".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Lessor owns the building used to park County graders in the vim
area, and
WHEREAS, the Lessor desires to lease a certain portion of said building
out, and
WHEREAS, the County desires to lease the above mentioned building for use
as grader shed, and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein
the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The Lessor agrees to store grader when it is not being
operated.
2. The Lessor agrees to provide building and work shop for grader
operator.
3. The Lessor agrees to furnish electricity for machine heaters ,
lights , and fuel pumps.
4. County agrees to pay $1.50 per day for each day grader parked
in shed payable monthly in 1983.
5. County agrees to pay $180.00 for past use of facilities in
1982.
6. Lessor agrees payment of $180.00 in 1982 satisfies any and all
claims for use of building in 1982, and any time prior to 1982.
This Agreement may be amended or terminated upon sixty (60) days written
notice to either party. This Agreement will be terminated immediately upon
the construction of a new grader shed by the County in 1983.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of
the day first written above.
