RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 807 - RONALD AND DOLORES PRESCOTT WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 16th day of November, 1983 , considered the request of Ronald and Dolores Prescott to place one mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agri- cultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows : Lot 1, Block 29, Aristocrat Ranchettes Sub- division, (Section 27 , Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ) Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit evidence that the proposed water tap is supplying water in such a manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and de- pendability for the proposed use; 3) the mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1 and 2 above; 4) the applicant shall remove the two "burned-out" mobile homes from said lot within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners ; and 5) only one (1) entrance shall be allowed on said lot, either from Richard Street or Caroline Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ronald and Dolores Prescott to place a mobile home to be used as a prin- cipal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was LD: ZON MH 830672 11001 Page 2 RE: MOBILE HONE PERMIT NO. 807 - PRESCOTT found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as above listed.
