Weld County Violation Cases Continued: VI-0200148, Rince Wand LLC dba: Mossy Rock Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 3 of Sections 23-3-210, 23-3-210.B, 23-3-210.C, 23-3-210.D, 23-3-210.E, 23-3-220, 23-3-220.B, 23-3-220.C, 23-3-220.D and 23-3-220.E of the Weld County Code. A Site Plan Review application shall be completed and submitted, an annexation plat for the Town of Windsor shall be recorded or the business and all materials shall be completely removed from the property. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0400042, Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Clark dba: Sam's Landscape Supply& Materials Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.6.8, 23-3-40.R and 23-3-40.V of the Weld County Code. The business and all associated storage shall be removed from the property or the Use by Special Review (USR-1475) application process shall be completed in a timely fashion. The mobile home shall be removed or a Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home (ZPMH) and Building Permit application shall be completed and submitted for review.
