The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the August
10,2004,hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting that the Board
review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.

Subject Legal Action Authorization

The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
August 10, 2004 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting
that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy
the violations.
Weld County Violation Cases Continued:
VI-0200148, Rince Wand LLC dba: Mossy Rock
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 3 of Sections 23-3-210, 23-3-210.B, 23-3-210.C, 23-3-210.D, 23-3-210.E,
23-3-220, 23-3-220.B, 23-3-220.C, 23-3-220.D and 23-3-220.E of the Weld County Code.
A Site Plan Review application shall be completed and submitted, an annexation plat for the Town of Windsor
shall be recorded or the business and all materials shall be completely removed from the property.
Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:
VI-0400042, Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Clark dba: Sam's Landscape Supply& Materials
Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.6.8, 23-3-40.R and

The business and all associated storage shall be removed from the property or the Use by Special Review
(USR-1475) application process shall be completed in a timely fashion.
