HomeMy WebLinkAbout820447.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 584 - RALPH AND ALETA CRAVEN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 14th day of April, 1982, considered the request of Ralph and Aleta Craven for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Lots 9 , 10, and 11, Block 18, Town of Gill, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ralph and Aleta Craven for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of April, A.D. , 1982.
