Please submit the enclosed item on the signature agenda.
Change Order No. 1 for Public Works Project 2004 Slurry Seal.
Change Order No. 1 is to revise the contract between Weld County and Quality Resurfacing Co. for
the mobilization and seal coat work on 4000 feet of Weld County road 52. The Change Order
includes an increase to the project cost for completion of work requested by the Public Works
Department. Additional contract time to perfoun the extra work will be included in the Change
Order.
The appropriate documentation is enclosed.
