of welts heretofore or hereafter drilled on this or on adjacent-property,it being intended that Assignee shall determine in Rs sole
discretion what,If any,development shall be done.
If Assignor's interest in"the above described oil and gas lease is less than the entire interest,or If said oil and gas lease
covers less than the entire fee title,then the above overriding royalty Interest shall be reduced proportionately.
In the event the above described land,or any part thereof shall be consolidated or unitized with other lands pursuant to
power granted in the lease or by agreement, then the overriding royalty payable hereunder shalt, as to such lands, be com-
puted upon the basis of production allocated thereto under the consolidation clause or unit agreement.
with relpect to and for the purposes of this assignment,Assignor hereby releases and waives the right of homestead.
