RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0400135 AGAINST NANCY NOYES, DBA: NEAL WOODWORKING, INC., AND RICARDO MORGANTI, DBA: MORGANTI MODULAR HOMES FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Nancy Noyes and Ricardo Morganti, VI#0400135, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 14th day of September, 2004, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Nancy Noyes and Ricardo Morganti were not present or represented at said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to refer said violation back to the Department of Planning Services for further consideration. I can't make out what it is that Broomfield did. Please see the attached map. I have a portion of a parcel that was annexed by Broomfield County(01/05/04), but for some reason they did not annex the whole parcel. In the attached map titled "01"the vertical red lines is the portion in question (that was not annexed), yet this portion is still part of the same parcel (shown in green on map 02)of land that was annexed (shown in black on map 01). See map "02"which shows what the assessor's office and I show as the same parcel. Hopefully I am making sense. Long story short can an agency only annex a portion of the parcel?
