The right-of-way is not included in this annexation request. 2)An annexation agreement is not a part of this process since there are no immediate plans for development. 3) When the property is developed an agreement on financing improvements by the eventual developer, including raw water, will have to be reached before construction can begin. 4)This property is included in the following districts: a)North Weld County Water District b)Eaton School District Re-2 c) Eaton Fire Protection District d)Aims Community College e) Weld County f)Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District 5) With the commercial/industrial use of this parcel, the schools will not be impacted by new students but will have the benefits of the increase in their tax base. 03/09/2004 14:41 970-454-3339 TOWN OF EATON PAGE 01 TOWN OF EATON APPLICATION FOR ANNEXATION Owner's Name(s): Lary_ A.__Anderson & Be zer1Y_M.
