RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MOBILE HOME PERMITS, ZPMH #2401, #2402,
AND #2403 - RONALD AND SUE ANN GRABRIAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners,on May24,2004,considered the request
of Ronald Grabrian, 6325 Weld County Road 23, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for Recorded
Exemption#3038, Subdivision Exemption#874,and Mobile Home Permits,ZPMH#2401,#2402,
and #2403, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matters to
June 28, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. to allow Ronald and Sue Ann Grabrian adequate time to obtain legal
counsel, and
WHEREAS,at said hearing on June 28,2004, Mr.Grabrian stated he is not represented by
legal counsel, and
WHEREAS,after hearing testimony regarding the Mobile Home permits,the Board deemed
it advisable to again continue said matters to September 27, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., to allow time for
water and septic issues to be resolved.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Mobile Home Permits,ZPMH#2401,#2402, and#2403 be,and hereby are,
continued to September 27, 2004, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of June, A.D., 2004.
