Water service is presently being provided to the above-described property through meter#522(001). North Weld County Water District is able to supply additional service for a roping arena through the existing meter. Water tap/service shall be placed on the physical property, defined by a legal description. In case of a Recorded Exemption, the water tap shall only serve the parcel that the water tap is located on. Service shall NOT cross the legal description of one parcel to serve the other parcel. The District recommends that anticipated water usage be purchased through the District. The District guarantees treatment and delivery of water purchased. All water that is delivered with surcharge is subject to water availability and will be issued on a first come-first serve basis and is not guaranteed to be available.Meter#526 has one Acre-Foot Unit (1 APO)attached to it. With 1 AFT)purchased any usage beyond 228,000 gallons annually will be in surcharge. The Plant Investment Fee purchased with this meter has paid for the infrastructure required to deliver 1 AFU (228,000 gallons). If annual usage exceeds the 228,000 gallons, an additional charge will be applied to your account. Plant Investments may be purchased to increase the amount of water to be delivered and avoid the additional charge(s). In view of the fact that the arenas have been in operation for a while,we would like to make a statement. We do not object to a professionally run roping facilty, but we would like to go on record that we do oppose the sale and use of alcohol now or in the future on the facility. We would also ask that in view of the close proximity to homes in the area, consideration would be given as to the noise level and appropriate use of the PA system, the lateness of the events, and the importance of keeping the county roads open and not blocked by patrons. Thank you for the opportunity to express our opinion. Jack and Pam Heidenreich 34290 WCR 55 Gill,CO 80624 EXHIBIT I g 9/22/2004 i , f ‘8•Iatit-. I spoke with Trevor Jiricek with the Health Department. He will be representing the Health Department at next week's Board hearings. He indicated that he would be willing to represent the Health Department on this case. I do not anticipate that this case will go a long while. The biggest issue is that Health is requiring permanent septic systems and the applicant wants port-a- potties. Therefore, I will be requesting that this case be continued until next week (9/29). I believe that case was USR-1302,L. -- Blake Nelson. My clients have researched the cost of obtaining permanent facilities, and it would be prohibitively expensive. They therefore request they similarly be allowed to use porta-potties. We would request this amendment at the final hearing. At your convenience, could you review the above information set this matter for final hearing? If you have any questions regarding this matter, please give me a call. Thanks again for your help.
