A regular meeting of the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee :is h ad on Thursday,
June 10, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., in the Conference Room of the Weld County Plan, king D apartment at 1555
N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado.

Schei, Public Works, Cody Wooldridge, Central Weld County Water District.
Don Carroll called the meeting to order.

LOCATION: Adjacent to Harbor Drive; approxima ay /4 mile west of CR 7;

REQUEST: Amended Final Plat for Lighthouse r .ow (1s' Filing)
Chris Gathman, Department of Planning services presented case AmPF-52; . T ,e proposal is to adjust a
lot line between lots 6 & 7 to meet setback requirements for an existing resic enc ;. The line will be shifted
approximately 9 '/s feet to the north. The existing drainage utility easemei otr I remain, it would be
vacated then rededicated to match the revised lot line locations. The applc mt ias sign offs from sewer,
water, power and phone.
Don Carroll asked if there were any utilities in place on the lot line easement . r. )w and if so are there sign
offs for those? Mr. Gathman indicated the applicants representative states t e are none. Mr. Carroll
asked if the new easements will reflect the new lot lines? Mr. Gathman statc hey will reflect the new lot
lines. There will be 10 feet on either side of the new lot line.
Don Carroll asked Lauren Light, representative for the applicant, if the applic had approval from both
adjacent land owners? Ms. Light indicated there are sign offs from both prof el r owners.
Don Carroll asked Mr. Gathman if there will be a new plat drawing? Mr. CAI ImE.1 related a new drawing
will be done that will reflect the affected lots.
Cody Wooldridge moved to approve the lot line adjustment. Peter Schei, I'ublir. Norks, seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
Doug Dalton from Xcel Energy was contacted via phone regarding this case an ii:.,icaled no concerns,
therefor giving his approval for the fourth and final vote.
