RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE
BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1469 FORA USE PERMITTED AS A USE BY RIGHT
IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICT (STORAGE OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
ASSOCIATED WITH A LASER LEVELING MACHINE TO STRIKE OFF AND LEVEL
CONCRETE) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT- ROBERT CARPENTER
AND DAVID LOTTMAN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 25th day of
August,2004,at the hour of 10:00 a.m.in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Robert Carpenter and David Lottman,c/o Thomas Hellerich of Winters, Hellerich and
Hughes, P.C., 5754 West 11th Street, Suite 101, Greeley, Colorado 80634, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1469 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right
in the Industrial Zone District(storage of vehicles and equipment associated with a laser leveling
machine to strike off and level concrete) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Lot B of Recorded Exemption#1621;being part of the
SW1/4 of Section 24, Township 2 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS,at the request of the applicants the Board deemed it advisable to continue said
hearing due to a death in the family of one of the applicants and to allow Planning Services staff
adequate time for sign posting.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to October 6,2004,
at 10:00 a.m.
