RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0300157
AGAINST JERRY FAULK FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Jerry Faulk, VI #0300157, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code,
and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of November,2004, a public hearing was held before the Board
of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS,Jerry Faulk was not present or represented at said hearing,although all parties
were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services staff, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until December 14, 2004,
to allow adequate time to have all inspections and final approval for the pole barn and addition to
be completed, and to investigate additional violations on the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that VI #0300157 be, and hereby is, continued to December 14, 2004, to allow
adequate time to have all inspections and final approval for the pole barn and addition to be
completed, and to investigate additional violations on the property.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of November, A.D., 2004.
