LL SECTION III. SAFETY CLAUSE The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby finds and determines and declares that this Ordinance is necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the citi- zens of Weld County, Colorado. Larimer County has imposed a ban on burning during this period of drought. The Board of Directors suggests that this is appropriate and requests that the Commissioners likewise impose such a ban until moisture is received and the conditions improve so that the fire hazard is significantly reduced.
