Gentlemen:
The Board of Directors of the District, at its most recent
meeting; discussed the fire hazards created by the extended
period of drought in the District. Larimer County has imposed
a ban on burning during this period of drought.
The Board of Directors suggests that this is appropriate
and requests that the Commissioners likewise impose such a ban
until moisture is received and the conditions improve so that
the fire hazard is significantly reduced.
The Sheriff' s Department of Adams County has concurred in
this request and wished us to advise you of its concurrence .
TII. rk <' i FOX your consideration. If more information is needed
or desired, kindly contact the undersigned and we will be
pleased to prcmpt1y respond.
Sincerely yours ,
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
