RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING ZONING PERMIT FOR A MOBILE HOME,
ZPMH #191 - DEARAL AND MARY BEDDO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,on the 21st day
of June,2004,considered the request of Dearal and Mary Beddo, 11154 Highway 66, P.O. Box426,
Platteville, Colorado 80651, for a mobile home to be used as a temporary accessory to the farm,
and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a
parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
W1/2 NE1/4 and NW1/4 of Section 25, Township
3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing before the Board on the 21st day of June, 2004, and at the
request of the applicant and Department of Planning Services staff,the Board deemed it advisable
to continue said matter to June 28, 2004, and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home,ZPMH#191 for Dearal and Mary Beddo
be, and hereby is, continued to June 28, 2004, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 21st day of June, A.D., 2004.
