RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO CONDUCT
DANCE OR PUBLIC DANCES - RJML, LLC, DBA LA MARAVILLA
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Application for License to Conduct
Dance or Public Dances for RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 9th day of February,2004,at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to February 18,2004,for consideration
before a full quorum of the Board.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to February 18,
2004, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of February, A.D., 2004.
