O U Ln a WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, .. w Colorado has authority under state statute and the Weld County " x Home Rule Charter to establish certain fees for services d a provided by the various departments of Weld County Government, co c...) and � z N H N H WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County a desires , through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for d H rental of various Weld County Government buildings, the copying by County of public documents where the fee is not otherwise - w specified by law, the sale of Weld County road maps , planning z and building inspection materials , the taking of fingerprints by the Weld County Sheriff ' s Department for individuals, extraordinary research of public records which Weld County c. a Government is not required to perform by law, the performance of weed spraying services , parking fees, recreational vehicle m o dumping, overnight camping site fees, library fees, and 'n Lo ambulance service fees. O N P7 W NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the fee schedule for the rental of various Weld County Government buildings and parking fees set forth in Exhibit "A" , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by Weld County Government for the rental services and parking services described therein.
