HomeMy WebLinkAbout20042079 HEARING CERTIFICATION DOCKET NO. 2004-62 RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN, PF #613, FOR EIGHT (8) LOTS WITH E (ESTATE) ZONE USES AND ONE (1) LOT WITH A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE USES, ALONG WITH APPROXIMATELY 7.1 ACRES OF OPEN SPACE - CATTAIL CREEK GROUP, LLC A public hearing was conducted on July 21, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present: Commissioner Robert D. Masden, Chair- EXCUSED Commissioner William H. Jerke, Pro-Tern Commissioner M. J. Geile Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Glenn Vaad Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison Planning Department representative, Sheri Lockman Health Department representative, Char Davis Public Works representative, Donald Carroll The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 1,2004,and duly published July 7,2004, in the Fort Lupton Press,a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Cattail Creek Group, LLC,do George DuBard,for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, PF#613,for eight(8)lots with E(Estate)Zone uses and one(1)lot with A(Agricultural)Zone uses, along with 30.13 acres of open space. Lee Morrison,Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Sheri Lockman, Department of Planning Services, stated the case was inadvertently advertised with the open space amount requested under the original Change of Zone, which was denied. She stated following a Substantial Change the open space amount was modified to approximately 7.1 acres of open space,therefore,staff is recommending a continuance to August 18, 2004, to allow adequate time for publication of a corrected notice. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Vaad moved to continue the request of Cattail Creek Group, LLC, do George DuBard,for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan, PF#613, for eight(8)lots with E(Estate)Zone uses and one(1)lot with A(Agricultural)Zone uses,along with approximately 7.1 acres of open space, based on the recommendation of the Planning staff. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Geile,and it carried unanimously.
