Weld County Building Violation Cases: VI-0300157, Jerry R Faulk Chapter 29, Article VIII (8), Section 29-8-40 The building permit for the existing pole barn plus the addition shall have all inspections completed and a final approval. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0400214, Mr. & Mrs. Leon Manning Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.F and 23-3-30.1 and Chapter 23, Division 3 of Sections 23-4-180 and 23-4-180.C of the Weld County Code. The mobile home shall be permitted or removed from the property and the Noncommercial Junkyard shall be restored, removed or completely screened from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. VI-0300227, Mr. Donald Wroblewski (owner)and Mr. Joe Wroblewski (tenant) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.D, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.O and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. The number of semi cabs and trailers shall be reduced to 1 (one)semi cab and a Home Occupation application shall be submitted and approved or all commercial vehicles shall be removed from the property. Weld County Combined Zoning and Building Violation Cases: VI-0400104, Mr. & Mrs. Leonard Turley Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-20.A, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.F, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.L and 23-3-40.R and Chapter 29, Article VII(7)of Section 29-7-10 of the Weld County Code. The business shall be removed or a Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. Additionally, the mobile home shall be permitted through the Recorded Exemption process or it shall be removed from the property. VI-0400204, Mr. Felipe Morales Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.B, 23-3-40.6.10, 23-3-50 and 23-3-50.D and Chapter 29, Article 111(3) of Section 29-3-10 of the Weld County Code. Proof shall be submitted indicating that the number of animal units has been reduced as allowed per the Weld County Code. Additionally, a building permit application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services for the porch. • VI-0400276, Mr. & Mrs. Julian Ortega Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.F and Chapter 23, Article IV(4), Division 3 of Section 23-4-130 and Chapter 29, Article Vll(7) of Section 29-7-10 of the Weld County Code. The remaining mobile home shall be permitted, demolished or removed from the property. VI-0400176, Mr. James Lathrop Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.F, 23-3-30.1, 23-3-40 and 23-3-40.R and Chapter 23, Article IV(4), Division 3 of Sections 23-4-130 and 23-4-160 and Chapter 29, Article VII(7) of Section 29-7-10 of the Weld County Code. The illegal mobile home shall be permitted or removed from the property. Additionally, the commercial business shall be removed from the property or a Use by Special Review application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services. Lastly, the Noncommercial Junkyard shall be removed, restored or completely screened from all adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways.
