RE: APPOINTMENT OF WILL PIPER TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Chatter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been informed
that a vacancy from District 6 exists on the Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Will Piper
to the District 6 vacancy on said Board of Adjustment for a term
to expire December 31, 1982 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Will Piper be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Board of Adjustment to represent
District 6 for a term to expire December 31 , 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
January, A.D. , 1980.
