HomeMy WebLinkAbout20042433.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE PETITION FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES - CATTLEMANS CHOICE LOOMIX WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 16th day of August,2004,at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Robert D. Masden, and Commissioners M. J. Geile, David E.
