RE : Proposed Disposal of the Old Facility Wastes
Dear Mr. Cervi :
AfLer review of the information submitted to this Division, on
December 17, 1982, regarding the proposed plans for disposal of these
wastes, it is this Division's opinion that neither alternative is
acceptable at this time. Due to the unknown circumstances relative to
contamination that may arise from these disposal alternatives it is our
recommendation that you provide an additional proposal(s) to the County
and State, for disposal of these wastes.
