RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO FAIR BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Fair Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Reid Graves be appointed to said board, to
replace Ryan Nash;that Glenn Ledall be appointed to replace Brent Hopkins as the Future Farmers
of America representative; and that Russ Groshans be appointed to replace Kelli Johnson, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended and the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Tom
Bledsoe, Brian Allmer,Carol Karre, Donald Johnston,and Hannah Dreiling to said board,with terms
expiring September 30, 2007, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Reid Graves to said board,with a term
to expire September 30, 2006, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Glenn Ledall and Russ Groshans to
said board, with terms expiring September 30, 2007, and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tom Bledsoe, Brian Allmer, Carol Karre, Donald Johnston and Hannah
Dreiling be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Fair Board,with terms to expire September30,2007.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Reid Graves be, and hereby is, appointed to the Fair Board, with a term to expire
September 30, 2006; and that Glenn Ledall and Russ Groshans be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Fair Board, with terms expiring September 30, 2007.
