You are hereby given Notice that a Special Meeting of the
Board of Directors of the Longmont Fire Protection District will be held
on Monday, September 12, 1983 at 7:00 P. M. at the District's Central
Station located at 9119 County Line Road, Longmont, Colorado.
The purpose for which the meeting has been called is to consider:
1. Chain of command matters.
2. Access to all stations by the Fire Chief.
3. Routing of official communications to the District.
4. Procedures for contacting the attorneys for the District.
5. Agreement for Mutual Services between the District, the Town of Erie,
and the Erie Volunteer Fire Department.
6. Resolution of conflicting use of the same radio frequency by the
District and the Berthoud Fire Department.
