(PODTBORO - CLARE)
1. All that portion of the NE1/4 of Section 13, Township 4, Range
68 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado, lying
North and West of the centerline of the Hillsboro Irrigation Canal.
2. Eleven (11) shares of the capital stock of The Consolidated
Home Supply Ditch and Reservoir Co.
3. Grantors' rights, if any, to draw and use waste, seepage and
surface waters accumulating and running in a certain slough, which
slough originates on the southerly portion of the NE1/4 of
Section 11, Township 4 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.N., Weld
County, Colorado, and runs in a general south-easterly direction to
and across the lands and property conveyed by this instrument.
4. All (if any) other water and water rights, ditch and ditch
rights, whether appropriated or not and whether adjudicated or not,
appurtenant to the property conveyed by this instrument.
