RE: GRANT EXTENSION OF COUNTY DANCE HALL LICENSE NUMBER 310 ISSUED TO
RJML, LLC DBA LA MARAVILLA AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EXPIRES
AUGUST 2, 2004, AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, RJML, LLC,dba La Maravilla, presented the Board of County Commissioners
with an application for a County Dance License to hold public dances at the location described as
follows:
13015 Weld County Road 16
Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621
WHEREAS, by Resolution #2004-0518, the Board of County Commissioners approved
Dance Hall License Number310, expiring at midnight on April 12, 2004, issued to RJML, LLC, dba
La Maravilla, and
WHEREAS,at a hearing before the Board on April 12,2004,the Board deemed it advisable
to continue this matter to July19, 2004, at 9:00 a.m.,to coincide with the hearing regarding renewal
of the Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License held by this facility, and
WHEREAS, at said hearing on July 19, 2004, the Board deemed it advisable to again
continue this matter to August 2, 2004, at 9:00 a.m., and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to allow the applicant to continue conducting
dances in the interim period of time,subject to the same condition in effectwith Weld County Dance
Hall License Number 310 issued to RJML, LLC, dba La Maravilla, to wit:
1) The occupancy for the Dance Hall must be held at or below 350 people per
night, and
WHEREAS,said license shall be issued upon the express condition and agreement that the
public dances will be conducted in strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado, and any
violation thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Dance Hall License Number 310 be, and hereby is, extended for a period of
90 days, to expire August 2, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said License shall be in effect through
12:00 o'clock midnight,August 2,2004, conditional upon the applicant conducting all dances in strict
conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado, and with the above-stated condition.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 2004.
