HomeMy WebLinkAbout20042240.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1476 FOR A BUSINESS (COMMERCIAL JUNKYARD OR SALVAGE YARD) IN THE C-3 (COMMERCIAL) ZONE DISTRICT - TROY AND JUDY HEFNER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,A Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1476 for a Business (commercial junkyard or salvage yard) in the C-3 (Commercial) Zone District for Troy and Judy Hefner,was scheduled for hearing before the Board of County Commissioners on July 28, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., and WHEREAS,at the date and time specified,a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners was not present, and WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reschedule this matter to August 11, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,thatA Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1476 for a Business (commercial junkyard or salvage yard) in the C-3 (Commercial) Zone District for Troy and Judy Hefner, be, and hereby is, rescheduled to August 11, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of August, A.D., 2004. /�� �� BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS �/�'////GJ`�'�( WE COUNTY, COLORADO !\1 so &.
