HomeMy WebLinkAbout841001.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS CONCERNING RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 651 - SUPERIOR LAWNS AND SPRINKLERS, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , on the 12th day of December, 1983, the Board did, by Resolution, approve Recorded Exemption No. 651 for Superior Lawns and Sprinklers, Inc. , and WHEREAS, said Resolution described the property as: Part of the East 1, Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Superior Lawns and Sprinklers, Inc. is requesting that said description should be amended to read as follows: Part of the East z and part of the Northwest 4, Section 17 , Township 1 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the request in the Resolution of December 12, 1983, was to divide the above described property into parcels of 65 acres and 10 acres, more or less, in order that the smaller parcel may be conveyed to Mrs. Connie Haiar with the larger parcel remaining as a turf farm, and WHEREAS, Superior Lawns and Sprinklers, Inc. is now requesting that the property be divided into parcels of 10 acres and 124 acres, more or less. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the description of said property be, and hereby is, amended to read as hereinabove stated. The plat that they have submitted to the Department of Planning Services calls for a land division of ten (10) and one hundred twenty-four (124) acres, more or less. The difference occurs because the applicants have now included their land in the NW', Section 17, T1N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
