WCR 32.5 between 21 and 23 was closed on 4/5/2004 for a culvert replacement. WCR 80 between WCR 15 and WCR 13 was closed on 4/5/2004 for a culvert replacement. WCR 43 between WCR 46.5 and WCR 48 was closed on 4/1/04 for a culvert replacement. WCR 16 between WCR 67 and WCR 69 was closed from 4/19/2004 to 4/21/2004 for a culvert replacement.
