hereby elects to cancel said bond and hereby gives written notice of said cancellation to the
Obligee.
The cancellation shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of this notice, or
April 21, 2004, whichever is later, at which time the liability of Frontier Insurance Company
under Surety Bond Number 134456 shall cease and terminate as to subsequent acts and
liabilities of the Principal.
