• Provide for an Opportunity to divide Agricultural Zoned Land to
accommodate Low-Intensity Development.
• Section 22-2-190.E Residential Goal 5
• Section 22-2-60.C Agricultural Goal 3
• The Stamp Minor Subdivision is a Rural Development proposal. Rural
Developments are generally found in areas such as on the fringes of
municipal boundaries and property between communities.

• Section 22-2-10.C. Foundations of Existing Land Use
• Location outside any existing IGAs
• Section 24-1-40 and Chapter 19 Consistent with criteria for Minor Subdivision or Non-
Urban Development
• "Conversion of agricultural land to non-urban residential, commercial
and industrial uses will be accommodated when the subject site is in
an area that can support such developments. Such developments
shall attempt to be compatible with the region." Services are
available to support this Minor Subdivision and the design is
compatible with the surrounding area and region.

Criteria for Approval
▪ The Stamp Minor Subdivision meets the criteria of 24-3-60.I. 1
indicating compliance with the Subdivision Chapter, Zone
District, and any affected IGAs
• Public Water and Sewage Disposal are adequate and have been
planned to meet jurisdictional requirements (24-3-60.I.3 & 4)
• The internal streets are designed to meet the functional
classification, width and structural capacity to meet the traffic
requirements of the subdivision (24-3-60.I.6, 10, 11, 12, 13)
• Mountain View Fire Protection District approves of the proposal
(24-3-60.I.5)
• The Stamp Minor Subdivision does not have an adverse impact
on Wildlife (24-3-60.I. 16)
