RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CORRECTION CONCERNING LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR
SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 177 - VIRGIL OTTINGER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did, on the 30th
day of March, 1983 , approve Subdivision Exemption No. 177 for
Virgil Ottinger, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the legal descrip-
tion submitted by Associated Engineers, Inc. , for Subdivision
Exemption No. 177 was incorrect, and
WHEREAS said legal description was as follows :
Part of the S1 of Section 22 , Township 6
North, Range 64 West of the 6th P .M. , Weld
County, Colorado being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the South Quarter Corner (SQ Cor)
of Section 22 and considering the South line
to bear North 89°19 ' 59" East with all other
bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Thence North 89°19"59" East along said South
line 190 . 73 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence North 00°00 ' 00" East 251. 75 feet;
Thence North O1°26 ' 19" East, 555 . 80 feet;
Thence South 00°18"19" East 253 . 07 feet to
a point of the South line of said Section 22 ;
Thence South 89°19 ' 59" West along said South
line 557 .10 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 3 .22
acres, more or less, including a 30 feet
road right-of-way along the South boundary
line and is subject to any rights-of-way or
other easements as recorded by instruments
of record or as now existing on said described
parcel of land.
WHEREAS, the correct legal description of Subdivision
Exemption No. 177 should read as follows :
Part of the S1 of Section 22 , Township 6 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, being more particularly described
as follows:

of Section 22 and considering the South line
to bear North 89°19 ' 59" East with all other
bearing contained herein relative thereto:
Thence North 89°19 ' 59" East along said South
line 190 . 73 feet to the True Point of Beginning;

Thence North 89°11' 45" East, 555 . 77 feet;
Thence South 00°18 ' 19" East, 253 . 07 feet;
Thence South 89°19 ' 59" West, 557.10 feet to
the True Point of Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 3 . 22
acres, more or less, including a 30 feet road
right-of-way along the South boundary line
and is subject to any rights-of-way or other
easement as recorded by instruments of record
or as now existing on said described parcel
of land.
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable to approve the correc-
tion to the legal description for Subdivision Exemption No. 177 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the correction con-
cerning the legal description on Subdivision Exemption No. 177
for Virgil Ottinger be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
October',CA.D. , 1983 .
