Re: Option and Site Lease Agreement (Site Identification No. CHE013) by and
between Weld County Regional Communications Center, as lessor, and Qwest
Wireless, L.L.C., formerly known as U S WEST Wireless, L.L.C., as lessee,
dated October 30, 1998 (the "Lease") — 16059 WCR 100, Nunn, Colorado 80630
(the "Site")
Dear Mr. Scofield:
As we previously advised, Qwest Wireless, L.L.C. ("Qwest") entered into an agreement
with Sprint Spectrum L.P. ("Sprint") that allows Qwest to offer Qwest customers national
cellular telephone service over Sprint's network. As part of the transaction, on November 19,
2003, Qwest requested that you evidence your consent to Qwest's assignment of the above-
referenced Lease of the Site to Sprint. You subsequently returned your executed Consent, which
was dated December 15, 2003.
This letter serves as official notification and confirmation that the transaction between
Qwest and Sprint is complete as to the Site. Effective April 15, 2004 (the "Effective Date"), the
Lease has been assigned to Sprint. On and after the Effective Date, Sprint will be the "Tenant"
for all purposes under the Lease, and all future notices and contacts to "Tenant" under the Lease
should be directed to:
