Dear Ms. Lockman:
Enclosed is Prima Oil & Gas Company's letter to the Town of Windsor
stating that Prima has reached an agreement with Eastman Kodak whereby
Eastman Kodak has consented to the drilling of eleven wells located on Eastman
Kodak's property. This letter should satisfy Requirement 1A of the Resolution of
Recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for Case Number USR-
1462.

wells at agreed locations on the captioned lands.
