E WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners, on December 28, 2000, adopted Weld lad E County Code Ordinance 2000-1,enacting a comprehensive Code for the County of Weld,including y the codification of all previously adopted ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted on or before said date of adoption, and o X00 Di —0)ca WHEREAS, the Weld County Code is in need of revision and clarification with regard to = o procedures, terms, and requirement therein, and °C g3N irmii'O WHEREAS, the proposed amendment will be consistent with existing and future goals, —t`' policies and needs of the County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado,that certain existing Chapters of the Weld County Code be,and hereby are, repealed and re-enacted,with amendments, and the various Chapters are revised to read as follows. CHAPTER 22 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Delete Appendix 22-G. A copy will be on file in the Department of Planning Services office. CHAPTER 26 MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT Amend Section 26-1-20 as follows: Sec. 26-1-20. Planning area boundaries. The MUD area covers approximately fifteen thousand (15,000) acres with approximate boundaries at Weld County Road 1 on the west,Weld County Road 15 on the east, Weld County Road 32 on the north and Weld County Road 20 on the south. The MUD planning area boundaries are shown on Map 2.1,Structural Land Use Map,the most recent copy of which is on file at the Clerk to the Board's Office and the Department of Planning Services. 2004-2464 PAGE 1 ORD2004-6 (V ; o� oaf BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, Ws a directed to arrange for Colorado Code Publishing to supplement the Weld County Code with the e c cc amendments contained herein, to coincide with chapters, articles, divisions, sections, and sub- sections as they currently exist within said Code; and to resolve any inconsistencies regarding = capitalization,grammar,and numbering or placement of chapters,articles,divisions,sections,and — o 0 sub-sections in said Code. _.=-0 ;,MM. 43 BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board if any section,subsection,paragraph,sentence, -d m clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held or decided to be unconstitutional, such _r decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
