The property is owned by Perry and Cynthia Van Deventer, 5976 WCR 18, Frederick, CO 80504. You have been sent this notice as an interested party. The property consists of approximately 11.18 acres that is currently in Unincorporated Weld County. The applicant is requesting Annexation and Establishment of Zoning C-C Commercial District, Community. The application contemplates four lots with approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial, service and retail uses located at the southwest corner Frederick Road 13 (Colorado Boulevard extension) and Weld County Road 18.
