• Rural Developments are generally found in areas such as on the fringes
of municipal boundaries and property between communities.
▪ Section 22-2-180.F. Residential Principles
• "Conversion of agricultural land to non-urban residential, commercial
and industrial uses will be accommodated when the subject site is in an
area that can support such developments. Such developments shall
attempt to be compatible with the region." Services are available to
support this project and the design is compatible with the surrounding
area and region.
