This same property formerly served as the location of a farmstead for the 80-acre farm. Funds for construction of the house were obtained from more than one source . It is necessary now for us to combine these loans into one long-term loan . We have chosen to apply to the Federal Land Bank Association for a rural home loan. One of their requirements is to have the house and property exempted from the rest of the farm. The sole purpose of this request is to enable us to refinance and combine loans for our house . Weld County Planning personnel advised us to apply for a subdivision exemption.
