We are neighbors of Frank and Lorraine Valencia. We support their current application under
review, a Use by Special Review permit, USR-1466. We understand the proposed use of the
property will be the storage of business-related items in their existing Pole Barn.
The Valencias are good neighbors and we support their application. Please include this letter with
