I. STATEMENT
1. On November 9, 2004, Qwest Corporation, the Office of Consumer Counsel, and
Staff of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission filed a Joint Motion for Extension of Time to
File Answer Testimony to and including November 23, 2004.
2. No objection to the motion was filed.
3. Good cause having been shown, the joint motion for extension of time will be
granted.
II. ORDER
A. It Is Ordered That:
1. The joint motion of Qwest Corporation, the Office of Consumer Counsel, and
Staff of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission for extension of time to and including
November 23, 2004 for all parties to file answer testimony is granted.
2. This Order is effective immediately.
