RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 633 EXTENSION - BARBARA
TRUJILLO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Barbara Trujillo was issued mobile home permit
No. 405 on November 18, 1982 by the Planning Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 28th day of July, 1982 , considered the request
of Barbara Trujillo for a mobile home permit extension, to be
used beyond the 18 months during construction of the residence
on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural
Zone District, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 1, North Johnstown Subdivision,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony and having reviewed the information submitted by
the Planning Department, finds that a mobile home permit extension
be granted for six (6) months, said permit No. 633 shall expire
January 28, 1983 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Barbara Trujillo 's
request for a mobile home permit extension during the construction
of the residence on the above described parcel of land, which
was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted for six (6)
months and shall expire January 28, 1983, or until a certificate
of occupancy is issued on the permanent residence, whichever
occurs first.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th
day of July, A.D. , 1982.

MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.
A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan
of the site at the scale of one inch represents fifty feet or other suitable scale to show
the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and
other structures on the property; access to the mobile home, indicating whether the access
is existing or porposed; location and measurements of any easements or right-of-ways;
amount of road frontages; identification of any county, state of federal roads or highways;
