RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kelley Hekowczyk be appointed to said board
to replace Lynn Michaud, as the at-large representative, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Kelley Hekowczyk be,and hereby is,appointed to the Board of Public Health,
to replace Lynn Michaud, with a term to expire May 23, 2005.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 6th day of December, A.D., 2004.
