RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1451 FOR
A KENNEL IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - RALPH AND BARBARA
MAY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 17th day of
March,2004,at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the
application of Ralph and Barbara May,2827 Weld County Road 39, Brighton,Colorado 80603,for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1451 for a a Kennel in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 6,2nd Replat of Lots 5 and 6,Apollo Subdivision;being part of the
N1/2 NE1/4 of Section 19,Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
Monday,April 5,2004,at 10:00 a.m.,to allow Ralph and Barbara May the opportunity to have their
application considered by a full quorum of the Board.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to Monday,April 5,
2004, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
th following vote on the 17th day of March, A.D., 2004.
