RE: GRANT WELD COUNTY TREASURER THE AUTHORITY TO COMMENCE DEED
PROCEDURES ON CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN WELD COUNTY, COLO-
RADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the County Treasurer has requested the authority
to commence deed procedures on certain parcels of land in Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , a copy of said parcels of land is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to grant the County
Treasurer the authority to commence deed procedures on certain
parcels of land in Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Weld County Treasurer
be, and hereby is , authorized to commence deed procedures on cer-
tain parcels of land in Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
March, A.D. , 1984 .
